The company around the product, built in four months.
In four months you build the whole AI company as one connected system, on your real business.
It is easier than ever to get something working. You can prototype quickly, write production code with a small team, turn expertise into an AI experience and put it in front of users far earlier than before. That changes what founders can build. It does not remove everything that has to work around the product.
Here you build the company they belong to.
They change one another: a different customer changes the product, a different promise changes what the AI must deliver, a different AI architecture changes delivery and economics. So we build them as one system. A change in one shifts the others.
A company with eight working systems — every one of them yours when the four months are over.
A working product that delivers a defined result, in use by real customers.
An AI core that produces the result reliably, knows its limits, and gets better with every customer.
A clear position: who it is for, against which alternatives, and why they choose it.
A way to bring the right customers in, proven on how real customers actually behaved.
A commercial system that turns demand into buying decisions, with first customers behind it.
Real unit economics: price, acquisition, AI costs, human load, margin.
The result delivered the same way every time, with a person in the loop where it matters.
Everything the company knows and every decision it has made, connected to the code that runs it.
You made every decision that built the company. The asset is yours — so is the ability to keep building it.
This is how a week in the Incubator looks — what you build, who you build it with, and what stays constant from the first week to Demo Day.
Inside Beyonds we call it a mission. Each mission has its own AI Constructor: it receives your project’s accumulated context and leads you through that week’s task — market, customer, product, AI, code, economics or sales.
Results are written into Company OS and Code OS, so the next week starts from what is already known.
The Constructor owns the route through the task. You own the decision.
You join a standing group of five founders with its own mentor. The group meets once a week: what happened, what changed after contact with the market, which next step now has grounds, where a question came up that has to be solved first.
The same mentor sees your project through the whole programme.
A hard business question goes to a business tracker.
An AI, architecture, quality or code question goes to an AI software engineer.
If new facts change the construction of the project itself — a structural session with the Beyonds founders.
The next step is decided by what happened in reality. If the current construction held, you keep building. If contradictions appeared, a specific part of the project is rebuilt — with a specialist if needed.
The reserve is spent where it is needed: a week can take two if interviews or a test need longer; a node can be rebuilt if the facts disagree with the hypothesis. You return to the specific node and continue from the new state.
Two stages. Preparation before you start, then thirteen weeks of missions — the business and the AI architecture built together, week by week.
Your standing group of five founders and your mentor.
From our build kits you set up the project environment yourself — tools, file structure, how an AI agent works inside it, how to review changes. Short, real tasks. The goal is to brief an agent precisely, understand what it does and control the result. No technical background required.
You deploy two connected systems. Company OS holds decisions, facts, project logic and the links between them — the brain of your company that your team and your AI agents both work with. Code OS holds the product’s codebase, architecture and engineering standards — the place where every decision from Company OS becomes working code. Both fill through the incubator and after it.

The working business system around the product: customer and job, willingness to pay, product, positioning, economics, demand, sales and delivery of the result.
The AI architecture of the product: knowledge source, AI core, working prototype, quality criteria, data loop, agents, learning, safety and human review — so the system produces the promised result and repeats it for the next customer.
The market shows what has to be built. What AI can and cannot do sets what the product can promise. From the first week you assemble one AI business system, with both halves moving together.
You write the code.
For engineers and technical founders.
Beyonds gives the architecture, AI Constructors, Company OS + Code OS and the business route.
A Beyonds engineer writes it with you.
For founders whose best work isn’t engineering.
The same system, plus the engineer inside it — working on your decisions and your evidence.
In both modes the product, the market and every decision are yours.
Four situations. If one of these is yours right now, apply.
You have an AI product that works and gets used — and revenue doesn’t follow. Or it sells once and doesn’t repeat. What’s missing is the company around the product.
You’re an engineer or a technical founder. Building is the part you have covered. Market, demand, sales, economics and delivery are not — and you want them built with the same discipline as the code.
You see what AI makes possible in your field. You want to turn hard-won expertise into a scalable business — a product and a company built on what you know, without losing what makes it valuable.
You have proven market pull — after Market Pull Route or on your own — and product, AI, sales, delivery and economics all need to exist in the next four months.
Tell us what you are building and what already exists. We review every application; where there is fit, we invite you to a Strategic Reframe Session — and decide together whether the Incubator is the right next step.
Pricing is discussed individually after the conversation.
