A company starts with a person who sees a problem, can solve it better than others and wants to. So first we test in the market that the solution really matters to people and that they will pay for it, and only then do we build.

The founder decides how it grows, whether to raise capital and from whom. The company can grow global and raise investment, and that is the founder’s choice.

Founders who own their companies and work together create more than each would alone.

The founder decides what matters right now: sometimes it is scaling, sometimes entering a new market or starting a second company, and sometimes staying at the current scale while the business works well, and making themselves, their family and children the main focus. We help founders reach their own goals, without pushing constant acceleration.

We built Market Pull Route on this principle. It addresses a common mistake founders make: an idea fails to take off because the right angle for bringing it to market was never found, not because the idea is weak. In Market Pull Route we find that angle together with the founder — and only then start building.

The founder pays for 4 months in which we build their company together: product, AI, customers, sales, economics. The company stays 100% theirs — in AI Startup Building and in Founders Club.

We stand against the race from round to round. The founder decides whether to raise investment, how fast to grow and what the company’s future will be. That is why we made Funding Navigator open to everyone: it helps find grants and funding programmes that take no equity.

4 months is how long it takes to build the company, not how long our relationship lasts. After that we work with the founder on what they choose: in Founders Club with no end date, on a second company, on entering a new market, in partnerships with other founders’ companies, in Italy Lab.

The founder keeps everything we built together: the product, the AI system, customers and sales, the economics, Company OS + Code OS — and their own ability to keep growing the company. Founders can leave Founders Club at any time.

We build our own companies with the same method. Genius OS and Company OS + Code OS go through the same market tests and the same steps as our founders’ companies. Part of this work is open in Build in Public.

We are building Italy Lab on these values: there, work on the company and life with family will sit side by side.

What we build

We bring together in one place what usually has to be built separately: the company, an entrepreneurial environment, family life and children’s education. And we build these places into existing villages and towns: the people who live there become part of this life — they use the infrastructure, work in the new companies and start their own.

The first such place, now in progress, is Italy Lab, in 3 villages near Rome. There we will create a startup incubator, housing for founders, sports facilities, labs, a school for children, and a farm where you can grow your own food and live connected to nature.

Founders Club founders and people building a company from an idea will come here to live and work. The village will keep its character, gain new life and become a place that draws people from different countries.

Our mission is to build a network of such places in different countries. Then a family can move to another country, and the company, the community and the children’s education carry on.
