Refund & Withdrawal Policy

Right of Withdrawal (General Rule)

In accordance with § 56 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (Võlaõigusseadus) and Article 9 of Directive 2011/83/EU, a consumer who concludes a distance contract has the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.

Exception for Digital Services

Under § 53 (4) point 11 of the Estonian Law of Obligations Act and Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content or services where:

• performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent; and
• the consumer has expressly acknowledged that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost.

Application to the Beyonds Incubator

The Beyonds Incubator is a digital service. Access to the Pre-training materials and the basic functionality of the engineering environment is activated within 24 hours after successful payment (see Terms of Sale, Section 05).

By completing payment, the Buyer expressly consents to the immediate activation of this access and expressly acknowledges the loss of the fourteen-day right of withdrawal from the moment such access is granted.

From that moment on, the Buyer no longer has the right to withdraw from the contract under the EU consumer-rights framework, and no refund is owed on that basis.

Refund Procedure Before Access Is Granted

If access to Pre-training or the engineering environment has not yet been activated — for example, in the rare case of a technical delay — the Buyer may, within fourteen (14) days from the date of payment, request a withdrawal and full refund by writing to info@beyonds.world.

In such cases, refunds are processed by the same payment method as the original transaction, within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the request.

Other Circumstances

Beyond the statutory right of withdrawal described above, Beyonds may, at its sole discretion and on a case-by-case basis, consider partial or full refunds where exceptional circumstances clearly justify it. Such consideration does not constitute a waiver of, or limitation on, the rules set out in Sections 01–04 above.

Termination by Beyonds for cause (for example, in case of material breach by the Buyer of the Terms of Sale) does not entitle the Buyer to a refund. See Terms of Sale, Section 13.
